Collaborative Employment Innovations helps its customers, those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), develop skills and strategies necessary to obtain “integrated employment”—a holistic approach to employment. Many high to moderate functioning individuals with Autism, Downs Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy have the skills necessary to perform jobs and they want to work. Collaborative Employment Innovations works with these individuals, helping them improve skills, gain employment in a typical workplace, earn at least minimum wage, and get paid directly by the employer. The goal in raising funds is to obtain office space and more advertising materials. This will allow Collaborative Employment Innovations to serve more IDD individuals and improve even more lives.

Nampa Leadership Foundation is an unofficial 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization designed to make Nampa a city of peace through collaboration by partnering with and empowering churches, schools, non-profits, businesses, neighborhoods, and other like-minded organizations to create productive, peaceful communities. Nampa Leadership Foundation provides a local response to the social, physical, racial, and cultural inequities that exist in the community. This organization seeks funding to cover the IRS application fee that goes along with becoming an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit tax-exempt organization.
